[Shotimes] Who's SHO is this?

The Camaro has 1997 30th Anniversary orange stripes on a white body. It's a
97 thru 2003 dash.  Not sure, but probably a  97 convertible by the noise,
and rear window. Similar to the 69 Camaro Indy pace car stripes.
