Agreed, The website is confusing to say the least, but the 2 or 3 items I've
ordered from them over the years have arrived in a timely manner.

There isn't one vendor, SHO or otherwise, that hasn't had a bad transaction.
It happens.  Everyone has skeletons in the closet, and sometimes you just
have to depend on the patience of others.
