[Shotimes] Headlamps inoperative on 95 SHO

Neither the headlamps or the highbeam lights are working.  I pulled one of
the bulbs and it looks fine.

Does the headlamp system on a 95 have a fuse?  The service manual doesn't
mention this.  Or does this mean the headlamp switch needs to be replaced? 
Need a quick answer so I can get my son back to college tomorrow.

According to my 92 owner's manual, there's supposed to be a blue 60amp fuse
behind the light switch, but I don't see one.
