I just watched it go DOWN from 99 million to 32 million.  Seller is
canceling bids from bogus bidders.  I'm sure it'll quickly go back up to 99
mil.  Always plenty of yayhoos who just want to get their name on the list
of bidders.  I think in order to place a bid over 99 million, you need to
jump through some hoops, so that's why it doesn't go higher.
The seller screwed up in not limiting the bidding to pre-approved bidders.
He's going to be constantly canceling bogus bids.
