[Shotimes] fusible links

Paul:
 Do the Maxi fuses have a delay in them like the fusible links? That's
something that's handy, does not blow under a temporary condition. I found
the large sizes very expensive. I had a 1996 Contour with a 175 Amp
maxi-fuse and paid almost $70 just for the fuse!! This was from Ford so
maybe I got it at the wrong place? Could not find it anywhere else. I can
find 175 amp cartridge fuses much cheaper but was not sure the substitution
would work OK.
