[Shotimes] interchangeable parts

The ones that I purchased had caps on them only to keep the vacuum in them.
This way no moisture would be present. If they came with oil in the dryer
you can't get it out and would not be able to change Freon types. The other
problem could be not knowing how much oil is in it, then your system could
have too much or too little.
