Fred,

The official maintenance schedule is in your owner's manual. SHO speciality
shops, SHOshop, FPS, etc. have added preventative mainiance items ($$$), as
is popular with most people on the list.

It kind of reflects on your mileage too. If you do your own maintenance,
then for the cost of the parts and a little extra labor you can replace
items in the same area, such as, water pump, crank seal and crank position
sensor when replacing the timing belt @60k miles or 100k miles. Some poeple
change also many sensors as preventative maintenance.
