[Shotimes] ABS

FWIW, when I was at the dyno with Murph and TexanTony about a month ago,
the shop owner let me operate my SHO when it was on the dyno. Due to the
"front wheels moving and the back wheels not" scenario that VO mentioned, I
tripped the ABS light on every run. It lit up almost immediately after
starting the run and stayed on until I shut the engine off.

Like I said, FWIW. ;)

Kevin, I will double-check the sensor that I just put in, and all the
others.

I have another theory that I want to ask about also: We've had a lot of
ice and snow the last few days. When I see the ABS light come on
intermittently, I wonder if the computer is being confused by wheelspin.
On launches, it's easy to break loose in front, of course; I imagine the
engineers foresaw the possibility that front wheels might report much
higher speed than rear wheels. This car also has a Quaiffe, so each of the
front wheels could be reporting different speeds, no? Would the ABS
computer get upset about that?

Joe:
Maybe bleeding the ABS would help but I think your problem is elsewhere.
... The ABS computer thinks one or more of your wheels is sliding and kicks
the ABS in.

When I got home a moment ago, the ABS light came on for a few seconds, then
went out. Is there any way to read ABS codes at home?
