[Shotimes] Brakes won't go off (at least until the battery dies)

Gentleman,

Have been on this list for years but never had a strange problem before.

1995 MTX,  Other day went to use it after a long set in the garage.  Battery
was dead, well that's not so strange.  While charging it I noticed the brake
lights were on.  Disconnected the switch on the pedal, still on.  Pulled all
the 15 amp fuses in the fuse box, still on.  Running out of ideas, any
suggestions.
