[Shotimes] LLBs in IL and FL

I drive the I57 every day going to work.  Although it is out in the open and
not too heavy of traffic the cops won't even bother to notice you unless you
are going over 80.  I've been hit by radar as semis pass me doing a good 20
mph over the truck limit and the cops don't chase anybody down.  They are
more into looking for the "right" type of vehicle so they can search for
drug booty.
