[Shotimes] Gas Miliage / O2 Sensors

Ok, so my gas miliage has gone from around 28 to about 15 on the 
highway!.....I know that I need a new Thermostat put in, and that will help 
bring the miliage back up.  Also I know that replacing the Head Gaskets, so 
they will stop dumping Oil in the Plug wells will help also.  I am going to 
replace the Plugs and wires when i do this.  So what else can i do to help 
the miliage?  I remember reading somewhere that replacing the O2 sensors 
will help.  Where are these located, and how much trouble is it to replace 
them, also how much will it cost to do this?
