o 2 sensors ... your mass air reading correctly ... a new fuel filter ... among the things u already mentioned will help fuel economy.
also .. dont think u meant head gaskets ... they dont help fuel economy unless they are blown .. than i guess they would make it miserable for fuel !
U meant the O rings for the valve covers to spark plug wells.
