[Shotimes] flexible brake lines

For those who saw my blank post of a week or so ago, I apologize.
That always happens when I'm reading my work e-mail from home
and try to post to the list.  Always comes out blank.  And I can't
send from my home account because it's not registered as a sub-
scriber.

Anyways, my question concerned replacing the flexible brake
lines.  What do you do with the brackets that hold the lines.
Reuse the old ones?  Seems like it'd be pretty hard to open them
up and them close them again.  I can't imagine the new lines
(stainless braided) come with new brackets.  What have people
done?
