[Shotimes] headlight lense cleaning/polishing

Chances are the inside is fine. It is the outside that gets
sandblasted and changes color.

I have tried kits to sand/buff the lens and the result is
good for a few weeks or a couple of months, then the lens
turns cloudy again.

A new assembly is the real solution, but try a light
compound or glaze and a modest speed buffing wheel.

If you are getting moisure in the lens, then try making sure
the bulb is seated right and the gasket is good, if so, then
there may be a separation between the lens and the back part
of the unit. Take the entire unit out, clean it good, use a
hair dryer to dry out the inside, don't try to clean it
unless it REALLY is dirty, chances are it is not.

Then apply clear windshield sealant (tube at any parts
store) to the seam where the clear and colored parts of the
lens are glued together. That should solve the problem.
