[Shotimes] Clunking

Okay here are the symptoms..

Gentle acceleration from a stop no clunk.. Bit more spirited i get a clunk 
and can feel it from the front end..

motor mounts?  Front suspension??  Trans mounts??    New trans 15k ago 154k 
on the clock.. ATX.. Dont have a shiny spot on the intake either..
