[Shotimes] Clunking

I would pop the hood and check to see if the engine moves when you
accelerate (this can also be checked at a stop by holding the brake and
stepping on the gas).  I had a mount-to-engine bolt fall out on me
(twice) after getting my transmission replaced by a local Ford dealer.
The engine popped up ~6" from under the hood on a hard acceleration.
Needless to say I went back to them multiple times until they got it
right.

Okay here are the symptoms..

Gentle acceleration from a stop no clunk.. Bit more spirited i get a
clunk 
and can feel it from the front end..

motor mounts?  Front suspension??  Trans mounts??    New trans 15k ago
154k 
on the clock.. ATX.. Dont have a shiny spot on the intake either..
