Bill,  The trick is to remove the panel below the steering column retained
by 4 TOR-X screws.  Once you've done that, you will have access to all the
panel screws to remove that piece.  When I say remove the panel, I really
mean pulling it back such that you have access to the stuff behind it
because the EATC will still be connected via the wiring harness, etc.
