[Shotimes] (OT) Cars damaged during a test drive?

In my day job, one of my clients is Motors Insurance (GM). Usually you have to sign a bailment agreement to take the car for that period of time and it usually subrogates all damage to you personally. Read it carefully. Besides, the whole windshield????? I thought those things could be fixed if they were not too large??
