i know nimz remembers my yellow top optima at bob's house a few year ago.
i had jumped the car's battery to go out to see the gang at bob's house-
about a 2 hour drive. by the time i got there, my battery was all
distorted... lid, sides, etc. all bubbling up. in storing the car for over a
year, and letting the battery die, it reversed a cell (so i was told).
i've been very happy with my red tops since. i can go 2 or so months, put a
trickle charger on it, and it will run fine.
