Sounds like a slipping belt. Don't always squeal if they're too
old.....especially if it's cold out.

I'm getting a battery light for a few seconds when leaving a stoplight,
especially when the engine's cold. Battery has been tested OK for unloaded
volts, not tested under load. I am thinking of taking it into Sears in the
morning for a charging system check-out. Wondering about a weak alternator.
Any other ideas?
