SELL THE PORSCHE!!!! That'll get you some money. Or
better yet, sell the SHO. ;) 

10 mpg on an SHO, even during track day at the
convention is almost...well...I've never heard of it.
I'd say your cat(s) is/are plugged. Ever tried running
techron through to clean the injectors? When was the
last time your spark plugs were changed? Those two
suggestions may be the cheapest. Maybe 02 sensors are
out. 

How well does the engine run? Rough??? Smooth??? Just
trying to think up of some ideas as to what would
cause your gas millage to bottom out like that. I'm
sure some other people have somemore ideas...
