I thought you were referring to the keyless entry module.  In sedans, it is
mounted on the rear side of rear seatback, near the left strut mount.  In
wagons (says the EVTM), it is in the spare-tire well on the left side.

Not sure what module you're referring to under the dash.  Maybe, Don, the
module was moved from trunk to dash starting in 96?

There should be a box under the dash above the gas pedal, very hard to see
the code, will probably be on the side nearest the firewall, I have also
been told it is somewhere in the trunk, but I don't know where.
