1. Close all doors and lock them.
2.insert and remove the ignition key in the ignition more than 6 times in 10
seconds. Hazards should flash twice.(master remote is now earased.)
3. turn key to ACC.
4. press lock on the remote once. the hazards should flash twice. (this is
for the new master remote)
Voila!!

Subject: [Shotimes] keyless code, part 2: reprogramming a remote fob

Okay, I dug around in the spare-tire well and found the module and code.
Thanks, Kevin.
Now I'd like some help from anyone who has reprogrammed a keyless module to
work with a new fob. (I have a 92 shop, 93 shop, and 92 EVTM, and they
leave me with one question about REMOTE keyless.)
The 93 shop manual talks about a two-wire "J4" connector that I would access
by dropping the glove box. I'm supposed to short across this connector
momentarily, then press any button on the fob, and voila, the car now
recognizes that fob. Is that the procedure?
I've got the glove box lowered. Nothing jumps out at me as being the J4
connector, a.k.a. Programming Connector. Any tips?

There should be a sticker on the module in the trunk on the drivers side.
