I found the Program Connector and have programmed the fob. The trick was to
remove the mounting screws so I could move the RKE module around a bit.
Then I spotted the Program Connector, taped alongside one of the bundles
going into the module. The rest was easy. Thanks, everyone!

The Program Connector is grey with two round male prongs inside. As was
mentioned, the 2 wires going into it are white/yellow and grey/yellow.

The instructions in the Helms shop manual, which refer to lowering the glove
box, seem to be wrong. The Program Connector is in the boot.

Joseph, in the wagon the keyless entry is a little more difficult to find.
Facing the front, in the very rear on the left side where the spare tire
well is, look towards the front past where the left rear tire well hump is
to locate the RKEM. You should then run into the 2 wire connector. The
connector will probably be loose, but it might be clipped to the body. The
wires are white/yellow and gray/yellow. Just short them with a paper clip,
turn on your ignition, the locks should go up & down, click a button on your
remote, the locks go up and down again to confirm, then pull the key out of
the ignition and test the remote. Make sure to program all remotes at the
same time.
