To me it's a matter of convenience vs. hassle, I say change it while you are
in there.
$150 more now, or $150 and 3.5 more hours to change it in a few months.
When I had my '94 it went at 60k and again at 125k.
If you are paying for the labor you can expect the labor cost to be about
the same for just the WP later as it would be for all of it now, it books at
3.5 hours by itself.
Also, CHANGE THE FRONT CRANK SEAL, (it costs about $12 at Ford), takes maybe
30 more minutes to change it (it also books at 3.5 hours if being done by
itself).

Just my opinion,

      3rd cat/resonator removed

skipping replacing the water pump, since it's so expensive. The water pump
and timing belt were last replaced at 75K, and now the car has 125K on it.
CKP was never replaced (so it has lasted 10years now!!!)
