[Shotimes] autolamp outage

Poor man's, yes.  But that turns on ALL of the lights.  DRL, at least
on cars that don't have dedicated DR lights, runs your highbeams
ONLY at half the power.

I find myself wanting my lights to turn on earlier than they do.  I'll
have to mess with the adjustment a little to get there.
