[Shotimes] Gen 1.5

I have an idea for my SHO wagon. I'm posting this just to kick around the
idea with the list.

Can the generations co-exist peacefully?

I'm starting with a 94 LX wagon in Emerald Green. It came with
compound-reflector headlamps that I really like, and they're in perfect
condition. Really mint. If possible, I'd like to hang onto them. But I
can't really see them working with a Gen2 SHO front bumper cover. And I'd
hate to give up these lamps for cloudy Sable lenses. Also, Gen2 SLOs did
not have cornering lamps, which I like.

Look at a Gen2 SLO, it's got a straight line across the front, separating
the upper half from the bottom half. Kinda like a Gen1.

I have access to a low-cost set of Gen1 side cladding. You see where I'm
going with this... How about a SHO wagon that is:

-- From the front: Above the midline a Gen2 SLO (with C-R headlamps), and
below the midline a Gen1 SHO bumper cover (with cornering lamps).

-- From the side profile: Mostly Gen1 except for the Gen2 side markers.

Whaddya think? I know that from the front, the Gen2 SLO lamps, which are
rounded, might seem odd above the Gen1 SHO bumper, which emphasizes
rectangles and is kindy boxy. So I ask again, can the generations co-exist?
