[Shotimes] Autolock and MTX

I guess because it is possible to lock yourself out of a running car. It would still
be possible to use the keypad to unlock it though.
I have enabled the autolock on my car and, decided not to use it because it is
inconsistent. If you do not go through reverse to activate it, it doesn't work
anyway. With an automatic, you always have to go through reverse to go from P to D.
