[Shotimes] GEN1 seats headrest issues,Seat warmers,seat covers.

Ok the pilots seat the head rest won't stay up where I want it. The screaming nag seat is stuck in the up position. Anyone got any tips to fix these things? And while I'm on the seat subject. anyone ever added seat warmers to the SHO seats? I've got a set of XR4Ti seats and all the seat heater stuff wondering if I can work some magic and add them. 17 Below here and my the leather is freezing my ass off. Maybe seat covers. Any suggestions on what fit the best?.
