No, it plainly says at the bottom "Speedometer reading with non-stock tire
is 0.6% too slow. When your speedo reads 60mph, you are actually traveling
60.4mph".
You did go with the stock tire being 215-65-15 and the new tire being
215-60-16, right?

Sorry - my number was a percentage.
The way I read that calculator, though, is that when your speedo says 60
MPH, you will actually be doing 58.1 MPH (or 2-3 mph over at 65) - which
makes sense, as it's a shorter tire.

According to http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html, if you go from a
stock 215-65-15 to 215-60-16, when your speedo says 60 MPH, you will
actually be doing 60.4 MPH.
When you say your speedometer is off by 9-10 MPH, what do you mean?

I recieved another speeding ticket last week,65 in a 55.I had the cruise
control set for 65.The reason for that is my speedo is 9 to 10 over.I went
from factory set tires and rims, which were P215-65R15's to P215-60R16's.My
question is, how many MPH over would the 16's make the speedo?Surely not 10
