Actually, I trust neither. What I do is look on both. If both say no, it is
probably no. If either say yes, it is yes.

I usually go to AZ's website 1st. If it says no PF pads, I look at the part
#'s for the other brand pads to see if I can figure out the 'size'. I then
go to the 'search by part #' on AZ's site and type in that part # followed
by a 4. If it pulls up a brake pad, then I look to see if it is a PF pad.

If I can't figure out the 'size' from the other part #'s, I go to PF's web
site. If it's still not there, I have a 2003 print catalog from PF that
shows in size order what they carry. It then lists all the applications that
PF thinks it is for.

When I get to AZ, I have them pull out the pad they recommend plus my
reverse-engineered PF pad and put them side by side to see if they are
physically the same. If they are, they I know that AZ's computer is just
fouled up.

Seems like a lot of work for some stinkin' pads, huh? I just happen to like
PF pads.
