[Shotimes] Front tag

Indiana also has only a rear tag.  For all 3 of my SHOs I have found plastic
plugs in the fastener section at the local home center.  Try Lowes, as they
seem to have a really good selection of odd parts.

They usually are black. but can easily be color matched with touch-up.

If the front tag holder is still there, take a 1/4" (??) drill and just
drill out the existing plastic rivets.  Save the holder, because someone
else on this list may need it.
