Ok but what about not using 13in rotors? Is a set that will fit under
slicers gonna use the 11.6in 96+ size rotor or some other size?

Your list is spot on...   The rotors will have to be drilled for the Taurus
bolt pattern though.   Try www.discbrakesrus.com/  for some more info.

Looking to upgrade my brakes up front to a PBR dual piston caliper. I'd buy
Dave Kegel's 13in setup but I'm not gonna be using 17in wheels till fall of
next year. Can anyone give me some direction on what I need to pick up to
upgrade my 96+ up to a PBR setup. I have a hookup at a local parts store for
calipers, pads, and rotors, but I'm not sure on what exactly I need. I know
there are a few different PBR calipers out there.

I need correct calipers, brackets, and rotors. I see Mikey at midwest sho
has a kit, but I figure with the deals I get for parts I could do this
little project for about 60% of his advertized price
