[Shotimes] (OT) SHO replacement

The caddy system was also 15 years ago!!!  The system that 
chrysler uses is probably the same that is in all the big 
motor benz's.  It computer controlled instead of vacuum like 
that caddy's and its been very successful in the benz's.
