[Shotimes] VAPOR LOCK/ FUEL Pump

Sounds familiar. The best "performance mod" that I ever did on the '89 years
ago was getting a new pump. The old one was a bit noisy, and tested out at
25 psi. After they installed the new one, the car felt like I added cams or
something as the top-end picked up tremendously.

The best view of Wyoming and Nevada will be from the window of a 1st Class
seat on Northwest with a drink in my hand!! ;-)

Well I think it was a combo of both a pump beginning to get weak and a bad
batch of Alky gas, I installed a new 155lph pump today and let it idle for
quite a while. Never skipped a beat, then I took it out for a spin and I
must say that the New pump Vs the Old stocker makes a huge difference.

Looks like I wont have "that" problem again, anyone up for trying it back
through Kimball and the great emptiness of Wyoming and Nevada?
