[Shotimes] SHO brakes upgrade?

I haven't entirely followed this thread, but isn't it possible to fit the
13s in 16" wheels? I thought there was some fellow enthusiast with such a
setup. Believe the caliper and brackets were shaved.. Or something to that
extent.

Ok but what about not using 13in rotors? Is a set that will fit under
slicers gonna use the 11.6in 96+ size rotor or some other size?
