Wow!  Glad you are able to tell us about it.  Darn glad you alright.  Since
you have nothing broken, you may want to investigate someone who does
Neuromuscular Therapy Massage, or Therapeutic Massage to release the trauma
you will be holding onto with those muscles.  You may even be able to get
the other person's insurance to pay for it.  I am a Massage Therapist and I
have already had an insurance company pay for sessions for the victim.  Just
a thought.
