[Shotimes] Redundant radio control

Frank,  How big a file are we talking?  Even if it's a couple of MBs you should still be able to
send it via dial-up.  Worst case is you let it run over night.  I'll be happy to make it available
off of my server.

The idea of getting the bulbs from a PnP is okay, but putting used bulbs in will just mean you
have to go back in there sooner.  I'm going to try RS or a electronics specialty store.  The bulbs
should be easy to find and swap in place.
