If you mean that they body shop was putting miles on your car while it was
in their possession, I would be talking to the owner of the shop for an
explanation.  If that doesn't work I would then be talking to the Police and
the BBB in your area.  If the shop was driving your car then they OWE you
for the repairs to say the least and I surely wouldn't let them do the
repairs but I would take it to a reputable shop and give the body shop the
bill.
