The wife's SHO has been presenting us with some drivability issues.  Here is
what it is:
'93 MTX, 262,000 Miles, Superchip, Milled Heads that have been Ported and
Polished, FPS Valve Springs, Performance Tune, Fidanza Flywheel w/Stock
Clutch.

Lately the engine has been stalling at lights and idling at around 800 RPM.
I ran both tests and here is what I got:

KOEO
511 (Super Chip)
172 (Rear HEGO Sensor)
542 (Fuel Pump Secondary Failure)

KOER
172 (Rear HEGO Sensor)
225 (Knock Not Sensed)
536 (BOO Failure)

Cylinder Balance says #4 Cylinder

There is no oil in any of the plug wells.

I know I have to replace the rear HEGO sensor but what about the knock not
sensed and the BOO?
