The 225 means you did not floor the gas pedal hard enough during the goose
test. The 536 BOO code means you forgot to step on the brake at the correct
time during the test. The 172 code is for the rear cylinder bank O2 sensor
but I would have thought it would be the same bank as cylinder 4(Front
bank)?
I would clear the codes first and see what returns. Can you swap the IAB
with another SHO?
Last thing: With that many miles are you still running the factory fuel
pump? I would check the fuel pressure too.
