[Shotimes] OT half mast

Lest anyone think that I'm a lazy moron, I did try a Google
search. But I did "flag half mast", because that's the way
I've always heard it said, and didn't find anything listing
the number of days.
I could have searched half staff, but then I would have
gotten even more v1agr*a and pen1s spam.
