[Shotimes] BRAKE PROBLEMS (sorta long, but an easy read!)

I can't help you out on most of your issues, but I'm pretty certain the
ebrake spring on the caliper is stiff enough to return the caliper to
the off state. I've removed the spring before, and trying to get it
back on is not an easy task by any means. You might try and replace the
front cable, or try adjusting where the front cable meets the rears. I
have a problem with the forward cable hanging too low, and I think it
might be stretched or not properly taught with the 2 rear cables. I
also have a problem with the RR p-brake not engaging, so my course of
action it going to be replacing all 3 cables, since I believe they are
the originals.

I don't have any ideas for the fronts, but I am interested to hear what
others may say. I've never had front brake issues on my 2 92s or my 93,
other then seemingly frequent pad changes. I use the brakes a decent
amount though. Hopefully I won't have to deal with these brakes much
longer anyway, I'll be upgrading soon.
