[Shotimes] Directional slicer weight?

Anyone know the weight of a slicer rim? I thouhg tit was 19.75lbs a rim but
I wanted to double check. I'm looking at a set of 17X7 rims that are 17.1lbs
a rim in a 5 spoke design. Wanted to be sure I was gonna get a little
benefit from the switch when it comes to rotational weight. Whats the
formula for rotational weight and all that? I think I remember hearing
something about 1 pound static is good for 8lbs rotational or something like
that.
