[Shotimes] another SHO!

I lived and worked in TX for 5 months last year mostly in the Dallas/Ft
Worth and Arlington area, but also Houston on occasion.  Traveled
extensively on I-635, I-20, I-30, I-35E&W, and I-45.  I can honestly say
that I saw a police car on the road only once.  My rental vehicle was a
bright yellow Nissan Xterra; which I drove like a rental car. ;^)
