[Shotimes] OT plastic welding

Returning to the plastic bumper discussion of a few weeks ago, I have
a catalog here from a place called Abbeon Cal, Inc. that sells all kinds
of stuff for the forming, welding, sealing, etc of plastic.  They have
some thermoplastic welding torches as cheap as $180 delivered.  They
are in Santa Barbara.
