I'm not sure what you mean by a 'link to the revised areas'.  The entire home page
is brand new, and the reference to the highways would theoretically be found on the
'Routes to California' pages.  In fact, that IS where it is.  There's always been a
link to the Routes page, and the home page is the home page.  

If you are saying you don't know how to get to the page at all...well then, I'd be
glad to give you that link.  It's   www.krazgeo.com/Convention1/html
