[Shotimes] OT - Strange sign on New York Tollway

The thruway used to have jacked up (+30to50 cents)
more gas prices than off the thruway in local towns.
Now NYS has the prices on the thruway stay even with
local prices so you don't have to get off and then
back on the thruway to get cheaper gas. Michael.
