[Shotimes] squeaky SLO steering

Well, I've never done it.  But I believe George is talking about regular
washers.  Probably fender washers because they're larger diameter.
I'm guessing the Ford kit is a big plate with 3 holes in it.  Well, 
probably
4 holes.
