[Shotimes] Water injection (sort of)

Paul,

The '85-'88 Corvettes use a NINTH injector for cold startups (the '89-'91's
eliminate this injector and simultaneously fire all 8 injectors instead).
I'm pretty sure the NINTH injector threads into the driver-side fuel rail.
